In 2016, our group, the Star Wars Actors Guild 77 character RP account, Sabine Wren learned that General Yeager’s Twitter account was not verified. His group requested it. But Twitter had ZERO CLUE who General Yeager was!
Guess some of protégés and current jet pilots corrected Twitter verification ignorance.
It feels like we helped him in the smallest of ways.
He is truly an American Hero.
